Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During product launches, restocks, or high-volume events, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

Standard International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, and international regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to display movement.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees determined by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot alter customs values or mark orders as “gifts.”
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Last Era is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:

Carrier issues outside our control
Contact us immediately if you notice an address error after ordering. If the package returns to us, a re-shipment fee may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

Please file a claim directly with the carrier, and

Contact us at support@lasterabrand.com and we will assist where possible.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacements for orders marked “Delivered.”
Pre-Orders & Special Releases
Items marked as pre-order will include estimated ship dates on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise noted.
